SOLM is a nonprofit organization born from the belief that regenerative hospitality can and should uplift the communities and environments it touches.

Originating from the AURE project, SOLM emerged to address deeper systemic needs, particularly the lack of opportunity and visibility for women & youth in tourism-driven regions. We focus on education and inclusion, conservation and preservation, and creative innovation. Through skill-building, mentorship, environmental stewardship, and collaborative design, SOLM empowers local women and communities to take ownership of their futures. Our work spans from establishing creative studios and regenerative farms to curating programs that blend traditional wisdom with modern sustainability practices. At SOLM, we are reimagining what development looks like: centered on equity, resilience, and the extraordinary richness of place.
