Join our SAB cohort for a morning in the field exploring the soils, textures and clay landscapes of São Vicente. Together, we will walk, observe and collect raw earth directly from the land while engaging in a shared process of material discovery, conversation and experimentation. The gathering also invites participants to contribute to a collective soil pigment color wheel: a living visual archive mapping the colors and textures of the island’s earth.
