Your contribution helps women and youth in Cabo Verde access immersive, hands-on programs that combine creativity, leadership, entrepreneurship, hospitality, and practical skills development rooted in community and culture.
For many of our learners, this is their first experience participating in an intensive training program, and often their first exposure to structured creative education, professional mentorship, and pathways connected to tourism, hospitality, and the creative economy. Through programs in ceramics, craftsmanship, regenerative hospitality, and leadership development, participants gain not only technical abilities, but confidence, agency, and new possibilities for their future.
Our programs are designed to move beyond traditional training models by connecting learning directly to economic participation, cultural preservation, and long-term community impact.

Supports participants in remaining fully engaged in the program while helping ease transportation, meal, and financial pressures that may otherwise limit participation. For many learners, this support is essential in allowing them to continue learning while supporting themselves and their families.
